Charlotte Ward is a Ph.D. candidate in Health Services Research at Northwestern University. Before coming to Chicago, Charlotte spent four years as an analyst at Massachusetts General Hospital providing project management and statistical support for large-scale strategic and operational initiatives, which focused on population health management, performance reporting, and quality improvement.
Her primary research interests include patterns of high-cost health care use among vulnerable patient populations, latent variable modeling and longitudinal data analysis.
Charlotte received a B.S. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009, and an M.P.H. from Dartmouth College in 2010.
